Returns & Exchanges

Because each item in my shop is handmade and one-of-a-kind, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, I want you to love your purchase, and I’ll always do my best to make things right if there’s a genuine issue.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. Please read item descriptions carefully and review photos before purchasing. Each listing includes detailed information so there are no spooky surprises.

Exchanges are not available due to the one-of-a-kind (OOAK) nature of my work.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. When reaching out, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. If the issue is confirmed to be a defect or damage during transit, I may offer a repair, a replacement if possible, or a refund at my discretion.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier first.

Small variations in fabric placement, stitching, or construction are normal and part of the charm of handmade items. These variations are not considered defects, unless it is an obvious flaw that affects the integrity of the product.

Shipping Policy

All items are handmade and ship from the United States. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delivery timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier as soon as possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error cannot be replaced or refunded.

At this time, international shipping availability and policies may vary by item. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
